It is a long and slow process but is totally worth it when you look at your finished product. I got the peaches on Saturday but they weren't ready to can yet so I had to wait for them to ripen. By Monday some were ready so during the day with kids surrounding me and then after Blake's football game I got 5 batches done. That was enough for me. Sometimes I wonder why I do it every year but after you taste them peaches "mmmmm" their so good.
