A few years ago Donnie wanted to do something funny with the Christmas lights. So he changed our scarecrow into a winter decoration after Thanksgiving and Halloween and put him on the house. I can't tell you how many people would come and tell us that they thought it was Donnie. We even had a cop come and take a picture a few years ago. Now it has involved into bring a little kid into it. I don't want to know how many people are going to be driving pass and slam on their brakes. It just makes us laugh. I hope that we don't get in trouble.

We love this prank every year. One year Caleb's brother even hurried and pulled over to 'help' before he even realized it was a joke.
This made me laugh...we took a double-take ourselves a couple of years ago.
I was one of those brake stompin' freaking out people a couple of years ago. It was before I even knew where you lived.
