With Nash having his birthday in the summer time we didn't have much success is getting a birthday party done. Carter also had a birthday day party this year when he turned 12 years old. So, one weekend I decided to get them all done. Friday night on the 2nd of October Carter had birthday with about eight boys. They played night games and some zombie game downstairs. Carter had a great time and hopefully so did his friends. Then the next day Nash had a birthday party with seven of his friends. Man oh man, was I tired. Phin didn't like the commotion either, by the end of the weekend he was hiding where ever he could.
Sunday was a special day for us again when Carter was ordained a Deacon and received the priesthood. I know that he will be a great Deacon and honor his priesthood. We now have 3 people in our home that have the priesthood. That is something that I will never be short of and that is okay with me.
