So at the end of the year Blake's band always has a concert for the 7th and 8th graders. It was really fun this year. They did some fun songs and I know that Blake enjoyed it. I now have 3 other boys that will be joining band unless they change their minds before 6th grade. Haedon and Nash really liked listening to all the songs. Blake has become a great french horn player, if he isn't goofing around it is really nice to listen to him play.
Carter finished up baseball this year with a great record. Their team only lost 2 games the whole season. His coach, Jay Parris was a great coach this year and we hope that he will coach next year. Carter had some trouble batting a few games but he got it back for the end. I love watching him play. He seems to be in the infield all the time. I thought baseball was boring but it isn't when you have a player out on the field. At the tournaments they took 2nd place. We were really proud of him and his team.
