We had a great Easter weekend. We were off and running early Saturday morning so that we could make it to the Easter Egg Hunt in Pocatello. We met Grammy and Papa there (I think it is a tradition now). Uncle Jon and Aunt Stacie were there too. Haedon and another kid went running for a big container of bubbles, they both landed on it at the same time (Haedon didn't get it). I was proud of him giving it to the other kid and not fighting over it. I think all the kids had a lot of fun. We still had grocery shopping to do and for our monthly family event Blake picked roller skating.
Late that night we make our Easter eggs. We decided not to dye them this year (which was fine with me). The boys made some great faces and I especially like Donnie's (blue hair).
Left to Right: Nash, Dad, Blake (football player), Haedon, Carter and Mom.
It was a busy day and night but tons of fun.
This was Easter morning. All the boys go fishing poles. You know where were going to be this summer.

Skating was a blast. All the kids skated, even Nash tried it for awhile. Haedon had a rough start but by the end he was cruising around the rink alone. I don't think we have ever went roller skating unless there is a party or something. It was really nice to be there as a family. I started the cheese touch and that kept us pretty busy for the whole time. For those of you that haven't watch A Dairy of a Wippy Kid Movie the cheese touch is not good to have. Haedon ended up with it so he left it on a roller skate and now an employee of Delta has it.
We ended the day at the Alameda Stake Center where their Stake was putting on the Life of Christ. It was amazing and the boys thought it was really cool. A guide took us around the church to different rooms and there would be people in those rooms that would tell us about the life of Christ. It was great to end the day so that the boys could see what Easter was all about. Hopefully we can go every year and make that a new tradition in our family.Late that night we make our Easter eggs.
