This year I just let the sunflowers go crazy in the garden and that it exactly what they did. We have on sunflower that is huge. It hasn't even opened up all the way. I thought I would share pictures.
Gorgeous!!!! I love them!!! None of mine have opened yet. lol But when they do WE are making sun flowers seeds this fall OKAY don't forget. Cause why the kids are at school we will be cooking seeds!!! TOGETHER I want to come hang with you!!!! I miss my KATIE!!!

They are at least 9 feet tall. I wonder if they might last until the fall then I could put one in for judging.
